Warranty Policy
STR8 warrants our vape products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The original bill of sales is required to redeem warranty. The warranty covers electronics and structural integrity. This excludes accessories such as the cartridge and charging cable unless a physical defect arises and a claim is made within the first 14 days of the warranty period. - Repair the product defect
- Exchange the product with a product that is new or a functionally equivalent device
The warranty applies only to products manufactured by STR8 which can be identified by the “STR8” trademark, trade-name, or logo affiliated to the device. Warranty does not apply to any non STR8 products. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, acts of piracy, or other external causes I.E. damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use as described by STR8. A device or part that has been modified to alter the functionality or capability without written permission from STR8, or cosmetic damage including but not limited to dents, scratches, and / or broken plastic. The customer must have approval from STR8 Brand before any warranty process can be started. The customer is also responsible for any shipping costs to get the product back to STR8 Brand and for the replacement to be sent back to the customer. If STR8 Brand determines that any returned product is not defective, within the terms of the warranty, the customer shall pay STR8 Brand all costs of handling, return freight and repairs at STR8 Brand’s prevailing rates.
