Let me give it to you guys Str8 — this brand ROCKS. Initially, I was only in love with this battery and all of the surprise swag they included with my product upon arrival. But then, after reaching out about some issues I believed I was having, I began to fall in love with the company, too! I literally received a call from an employee within FIVE MINUTES of sending an email out. I was blown the heck away. Their justification was, “Well, it’s almost the weekend and we didn’t want to leave you hanging until Monday!” This company is so freaking good about being on top of all your needs, it’s almost criminal. Str8 is the real deal, guys. This is the BEST battery I’ve ever used and the BEST customer service i’ve ever received in my entire life.
